Vila Praiana is a collection of seven apartments, three modest yet fully funcional units and four larger ones with terrific verandas and vistas. We opened in September of 2013 and in that time have received thousands of guests from all around the world to enjoy not only the Praia da Lagoinha, but all that Ubatuba has to offer. There are three One Bedroom Apartments which cater up to four people each, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. They are efficient and wonderfully designed.

There are two, spacious One Bedroom Apartments with Terrace that feature wonderful ocean views from their terraces. They were designed for up to four adults and two children, containing a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room.

Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace
There are two, spacious Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace that feature wonderful ocean views from their terraces. They include a double bed in the master bedroom with a bunk bed in the second bedroom. They are designed for up to four guests.
