- A deposit of 50% is needed to confirm the reservation.
- Our cancellation policy:
- We will not refund the deposit within 15 days of the reservation.
- For cancelations prior to 15 days before check-in, we will refund 80% of the deposit.
- We do not reschedule reservations.
- A reservation automatically implies acceptance of these regulations. So, read it carefully before deciding to join us.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. We will charge a fee of R$ 300.00 if the rule is broken.
- Vila Praiana is a place for those enjoying the silence, the noise of the waves and the birds. It is a place for discreet people, who respect the space of others. It is therefore prohibited to use any sound equipment, musical instrument, parties and excessive noise of any kind, at any time of the day.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If something is broken on our premises, the responsible guest will pay a fee stipulated by the management.
- Guests under 18 will only be accommodated with their parents or guardians.
- The check-out time at 11 am must be strictly respected. We charge a modest fee for check-out from 11am to 8pm, but this must be arranged in advance.
- Sheets and towels may be ordered with the reservation.
- Bed sheets - R$ 40.00 (couple or single)
- Towels - R$ 20.00 (face and body)
- We have a cleaning fee of R$ 200.00 which will not be charged if the apartment is left organized (dishes washed and garbage placed out to be collected).
- Visitors will be allowed only until nightfall.
- Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in an indemnity action.
